About the Valley Health System

About Us

The Valley Health System is an integrated system of care in Las Vegas and Southern Nevada comprised of six acute care hospitals, physician practices and a variety of outpatient services. Since 1979, we have been providing care to the more than two million people living in Southern Nevada and its surrounding communities. Our six hospitals are:

Each of the six Valley Health System hospitals are accredited by the Joint Commission and provide a comprehensive range of services, including cardiovascular, neurosciences, maternity and women’s health, emergency and surgical care, as well as specialty programs in stroke, chest pain, pediatrics, diabetes, wound care, bariatrics, geropsychiatry and acute rehabilitation.

Training and Mentorship

The Valley Health System is committed to training the next generation of healthcare providers including physicians, nurses, therapists and others in the allied health sciences programs. All of the Valley Health System hospitals serve as clinical rotation sites for nursing students, and our employees serve as mentors and role models to these future caregivers. The 6,500 employees of the Valley Health System are dedicated to providing you and your family with a positive experience at our hospitals.
