Online Referral Service. Search by medical specialty, or find a specific doctor if you know his or her name. Either way, you can find the doctor you need, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Complete the referral form below and get a response by phone or e-mail. We'll match your needs against the broad range of experienced doctors on our medical staff, and respond within 24 hours on business days.

On the Telephone

Call 702-388-4888. Our representatives speak English and Spanish, and will be happy to help you find the physician who is best for you or your family. We'll even connect you with the doctor's office and help you schedule an appointment. Our operators are available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET, and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. ET, except for holidays.
